1. I/We will support any and all rules, operating principles, philosophies and policies put in place by Meadow
Montessori Elementary & Preschool, as outlined in the Parent Handbook.
2. I/We understand the Meadow Montessori School Society is a non-profit registered charity and its Constitution, full
governing Policies and By-laws are the regulatory foundation of the Parent Handbook and said documentation is
available for review.
3. I/We understand that the registration fee and month’s tuition deposit are non-refundable, as their purpose is to
confirm our child’s position in Meadow Montessori Elementary & Preschool for the full academic year.
4. In order to confirm a placement for our child, all required documentation and all required tuition fees must be
completed and submitted to the school office.
5. I/We agree that my/our obligation to pay the full year’s tuition is unconditional and is not subject to adjustment
for gradual entry, illness, absence, school closures in exceptional circumstances, or circumstances beyond the
control of the school.
6. I/We understand our payment plan and tuition fees for the school year.
7. I/We understand the Afterschool Program is for Kindergarten and Elementary students only and is not included in
the annual tuition fees; it is a separate program with an additional fee structure.
8. I/We understand that in the unfortunate event my/our child must be withdrawn due to exceptional circumstances
such as a move or job loss, 1 full calendar month notice prior to the withdrawal date must be given in writing or
one calendar month’s tuition payment, beyond the withdrawal date, will be given in lieu of notice.
9. I/We understand that the APPLICATION for ENROLLMENT is to be considered an application for registration unless
and until acceptance is confirmed by a written confirmation letter, as well as, payment of registration fee and
deposit.
10. I/We have read the terms of enrollment for Meadow Montessori Elementary & Preschool on this APPLICATION for
ENROLLMENT form and agree to the same.
