This service will be offered only to families who have children at both the Emory and LaVista campuses. Early Morning Care at LaVista only will be offered at no charge, provided that students arrive between 8:00 and 8:15 AM. Students arriving before that time will be charged the drop-in rate of $10 per day. You must send in this form to be added to this list.

I, and persons authorized on my pickup list, understand that this program is not licensed and is not required to be licensed by the state.  I understand that Arbor will not permit my child to enter or leave class without being escorted by an adult. I understand that I will have access to all child-related areas of the class when my child is in Early Morning Care. However, I agree to make my presence known to staff and to communicate with them prior to leaving my child in the class. Students will be checked in by an Arbor staff member upon arrival.
